- 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature
- 0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 0.5 cup Brown Sugar
- 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 0.75 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1.25 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 30 Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- Jumbo Heart Sprinkles, to preference
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix the Unsalted Butter, Creamy Peanut Butter, Brown Sugar, and Granulated Sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the Vanilla Extract and Large Egg, blending until well combined.
- Combine the Baking Soda and All-Purpose Flour in another bowl, then gradually stir into the wet mixture.
- Scoop the dough into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway.
- Add a Miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into each scoop of dough.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
- Cool the cookie cups in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Decorate with Jumbo Heart Sprinkles once cooled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days; they can also be frozen for longer storage.
