- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Whisk until well blended.
- Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour this into the skillet, stirring continuously to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or alongside steamed vegetables.
