A simple yet delicious dish featuring bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, rice, and spices.

- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds inside.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s nicely browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix the filling by adding the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Add cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
