Description

A simple yet delicious dish featuring bell peppers stuffed with ground beef, rice, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds inside.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s nicely browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Mix the filling by adding the cooked rice, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.
  5. Stuff the bell peppers with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
  6. Add cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
