Delicious and easy-to-make S’more Bars that capture the classic flavors of chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers in a simple bar form.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup Melted butter
- 4 cups Chocolate chips
- 1 package Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly moistened and resemble wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker base.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
- Let the bars cool on a wire rack for 30-60 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for another 30-60 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a toasty flavor, broil the marshmallows briefly, watching closely to prevent burning. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5-7 days.
