- 1 cup pickled carrots

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the mayonnaise and sriracha to create the spicy mayo; set aside.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium heat until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Assemble the rice bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by shrimp, sliced cucumber, pickled carrots, and fresh herbs.
- Drizzle with spicy mayo and serve immediately.
