Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the caramel over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the crunchy pecans on top of the caramel layer.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until bubbly.
