Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups elbow pasta
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Mix in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and elbow pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed, then serve hot.
Notes
Allow leftovers to cool before storing in an airtight container. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2-3 months.
