Description

A hearty one-pot meal combining ground beef, pasta, and vibrant vegetables, infused with rich flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and break it up as it cooks, allowing it to brown nicely.
  3. Once the beef is nearly cooked, add the onion, garlic, and chopped bell pepper to the pot. Stir until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and elbow pasta.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked al dente.
  6. Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to your preference.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious one-pot meal!

Notes
