- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the kielbasa, potatoes, broccoli, and carrots in a large bowl.
- Whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture over the kielbasa and veggies, and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
