Description

Delicious and nutritious no-bake peanut butter oat cups that are quick to prepare and perfect for snacks or breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well until you get a thick, sticky mixture.
  3. Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners or greasing it lightly.
  4. Scoop the mixture into the muffin tins, pressing it down firmly to form cups.
  5. If you want to add toppings, sprinkle chocolate chips or chopped nuts on top before pressing the mixture down.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set properly.
  7. Once set, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy!

Notes

Use natural peanut butter with no added sugars for a healthier option. Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
