Description

Easy and flavorful Mediterranean pinwheels packed with fresh ingredients, perfect for parties or quick snacks.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla wraps (flour or whole wheat)
  • Cream cheese or hummus
  • Spinach leaves
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced bell peppers (red or yellow)
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Sliced black olives
  • Dried oregano
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by spreading a layer of cream cheese or hummus evenly over the tortilla wrap.
  2. Place a layer of spinach leaves on top of the spread.
  3. Add the sliced cucumber and sliced bell peppers over the spinach.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and sliced black olives on top.
  5. Season with dried oregano and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled tortilla into pinwheels, about 1 inch thick.
  8. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Avoid overfilling the pinwheels to prevent difficulty in rolling. Refrigerate rolled tortillas for cleaner cuts.
