Description

Delicious sliders filled with Italian deli meats and cheeses, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Italian sandwich rolls
  • Sliced salami
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Sliced ham
  • Provolone cheese
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Italian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the meats: salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom halves.
  4. Add provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls back on the sandwich.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl to make garlic herb butter.
  7. Brush the garlic herb butter over the tops of the sliders.
  8. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake again for another 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. Let the sliders cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
