Delicious sliders filled with Italian deli meats and cheeses, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- Italian sandwich rolls
- Sliced salami
- Sliced pepperoni
- Sliced ham
- Provolone cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Butter
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Italian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the meats: salami, pepperoni, and ham on the bottom halves.
- Add provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on the sandwich.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl to make garlic herb butter.
- Brush the garlic herb butter over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake again for another 5-10 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let the sliders cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
