Description
Homemade dragon rolls with shrimp tempura, avocado, and cucumber wrapped in sushi rice and nori.
Ingredients
2 cups sushi rice
4 sheets nori
8 shrimp tempura
1 cucumber
2 avocados
Soy sauce, wasabi, ginger
Instructions
1. Lay mat with plastic wrap.
2. Place nori shiny side down.
3. Spread rice evenly, leave edge bare.
4. Flip nori; add shrimp, cucumber, avocado.
5. Roll tightly; seal edge.
6. Fan avocado slices on top; press with mat.
7. Slice into 8 pieces.
8. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, ginger.
Notes
Use short-grain sushi rice.
Dip knife in water for clean cuts.
Enjoy fresh for best flavor.
