- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle relish
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the secret sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a spoonful of the secret sauce evenly over it.
- Add a portion of the cooked ground beef on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to create a wrap.
- Serve immediately or slice in half for easier eating.
