Description

Enjoy the classic flavors of a Big Mac in a quick, portable wrap that’s perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the secret sauce by mixing together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and pickle relish in a bowl.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread a spoonful of the secret sauce evenly over it.
  4. Add a portion of the cooked ground beef on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese over the beef.
  6. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to create a wrap.
  7. Serve immediately or slice in half for easier eating.
