Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the oats and mix well.
- If desired, add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
- Spoon the mixture into small muffin tins or silicone molds.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
- Pop out the bites and enjoy as a healthy snack anytime!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying.
