Description

Delicious and nutritious bites made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, oats, and sweetened naturally.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in the oats and mix well.
  3. If desired, add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small muffin tins or silicone molds.
  5. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
  6. Pop out the bites and enjoy as a healthy snack anytime!
