Description

Easy Ham and Cheese Sticks are baked rolls of flaky dough filled with ham and melted cheese. A quick, family-friendly snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale

1 can crescent roll dough

8 thin ham slices

4 mozzarella cheese sticks (halved)

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp sesame seeds or dried herbs (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Cut dough into 8 rectangles.

3. Add ham and cheese to each.

4. Roll tightly and seal edges.

5. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle seeds.

6. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

7. Serve warm with dips.

Notes

Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes for a quick version.

Swap puff pastry for flakier results.

Make vegetarian with roasted veggies instead of ham.
