  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet; sauté until the vegetables are tender and onions are translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stirring well and cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually add beef broth while continuously stirring until the mixture thickens.
  6. Reduce heat to low, stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
