- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour

- 8 ounces egg noodles
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet; sauté until the vegetables are tender and onions are translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef mixture, stirring well and cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually add beef broth while continuously stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in Worcestershire sauce and sour cream until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles and garnish with fresh parsley.
