Description

Delicious and healthy yogurt pops made with frozen mango and strawberries, perfect for summer days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango chunks
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lime juice or lime zest
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: pinch of cardamom or ginger powder
  • Optional: finely chopped fresh fruit or granola for texture

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen mango chunks, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth, adding water if necessary.
  2. Transfer the mango mixture to a bowl and set aside.
  3. Clean the blender, then blend frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Prepare popsicle molds by spooning a layer of the mango puree into each mold, filling about one-third of the way.
  5. Add a layer of the strawberry puree over the mango layer, filling another third of the mold.
  6. Finish by adding the remaining mango puree on top, leaving room for expansion.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  8. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until solid.
  9. To release, run molds under warm water for 10-20 seconds, then gently pull on the sticks to remove.

Notes

Store in the freezer and wrap individually for longer storage. Consume within 2-3 months for best quality.
