Description

Juicy chicken with a rich, creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce and crisp fries, perfect for a weeknight dinner or special meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 thin-sliced chicken fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½–1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 ÂĽ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 bag frozen fries or 3 large potatoes (fresh-cut fries)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Sear in olive oil for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  2. Remove the chicken, lower the heat, and melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, scrape the bottom, then add heavy cream and whisk gently. Slowly add Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 6–8 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Bake or air-fry fries according to package directions until crisp and golden.
  6. Assemble by placing fries on a plate, topping with chicken and sauce, and garnish with parsley and chili flakes.

Notes

Serve with a side of salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. Adjust thickness of the sauce if necessary.
