A delicious and creamy garlic Parmesan chicken dish, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

- 4 thin-sliced chicken fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½–1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 ÂĽ cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 bag frozen fries or 3 large potatoes (fresh-cut fries)
Instructions
- Season both sides of the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear fillets for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet and melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour chicken broth into the skillet, scrape up browned bits, then add heavy cream and whisk together. Gradually add Parmesan cheese off the heat, stirring until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for 6–8 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Cook fries according to package directions or prepare fresh-cut potatoes until crispy.
- Assemble by placing fries on a plate, topping with chicken, spooning sauce over, and garnishing with parsley and chili flakes.
Notes
For extra flavor, toss hot fries with salt and chopped parsley. Can add vegetables for added nutrition.
