- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg, egg yolk, vanilla extract, orange zest, and fresh orange juice until everything is well combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined. Don’t overmix!
- Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving some space in between each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool before drizzling with a vanilla glaze and orange drizzle.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
