A delightful mix of sweet and savory flavors, this Easy Cranberry Orange Chicken pairs juicy chicken breasts with tart cranberries and bright orange juice.


Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Orange zest
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions
