A deliciously sweet banana bread that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls for a comforting treat.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Optional: icing for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with melted butter.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in the flour until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Layer half of the banana bread mixture in the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture over it, then add the remaining banana mixture and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
- Swirl the mixture with a knife.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before drizzling with icing if desired.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Optional ingredients like nuts or chocolate chips can be added for variations.
