- 1 ½ cups (360ml) cold milk
- ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional for festive flavor)
- ½ cup crushed Christmas cookies
- 2 cups whipped topping
- Crushed Christmas cookies, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Cookie Crust: Crush the Christmas cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish and chill.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over chilled crust.
- Make the Pudding Layer: Whisk pudding mix, cold milk, and almond extract until thickened. Stir in crushed cookies and spread over cheesecake layer.
- Add the Whipped Topping: Smooth whipped topping over pudding layer and garnish with sprinkles or crushed cookies.
- Chill the Dessert: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
