- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 12 oz white chocolate
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup crushed candy canes
- Chocolate-Covered Pretzels:
- 1 bag pretzel rods
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Sprinkles (optional)
- Peanut Butter Cups:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 bag chocolate chips
- Mini muffin liners
- Marshmallow Treats:
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups rice cereal
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Chocolate Fudge: In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat, add vanilla extract, and mix well. Pour into a lined square pan and let sit until firm, about 120 minutes.
- Peppermint Bark: Melt dark chocolate and spread it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it cool until set. Melt white chocolate, pour over the dark chocolate, and immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- Chocolate-Covered Pretzels: Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Dip pretzel rods halfway in melted chocolate and lay them on a baking sheet. Add sprinkles before chocolate sets. Let them cool until hard.
- Peanut Butter Cups: Melt chocolate chips and pour a thin layer into muffin liners, let it set. Add a dollop of peanut butter, then cover with more melted chocolate. Chill until set and enjoy!
- Marshmallow Treats: Melt butter in a large pot, add marshmallows, and stir until melted. Remove from heat and mix in rice cereal. Press into a greased pan, let cool, and cut into squares.
