A creamy and cheesy casserole combining chicken and pasta, perfect for busy families.
Ingredients

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz penne pasta
- ½ jar Alfredo sauce (16 oz jar)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ÂĽ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Instructions
- Cook the chicken by boiling in water until fully cooked. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- In another pot, cook the penne pasta in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, Alfredo sauce, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the mozzarella until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Cheddar.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Don’t overcook the pasta and feel free to customize the casserole with your favorite vegetables or proteins.
