Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough
- 6 oz Brie cheese (cut into small squares)
- ¼ cup orange marmalade
- ¼ cup whole cranberry sauce
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios (or pecans/walnuts)
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough, separate the triangles, and pinch the seams together to form squares. Seal the edges firmly.
- Place a square of Brie cheese in the center of each dough square. Spoon a dollop of orange marmalade over the Brie.
- Add a small spoonful of whole cranberry sauce over the marmalade and Brie.
- Sprinkle a pinch of chopped pistachios over the filling.
- Bring the corners of each dough square up together and pinch them in the center to enclose all the filling. Twist gently to secure everything inside.
- Arrange the Brie Bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet with some space in between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Garnish each warm Brie Bite with fresh rosemary before serving.
