- 30 ml blue curaçao liqueur (or non-alcoholic blue syrup)
- 2.5 ml pure vanilla extract
- 80 g blue sanding sugar or alternative coatings (like powdered sugar, shredded coconut, or cocoa powder)
Instructions
- Place the white chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream over medium heat until it simmers.
- Pour the cream over the white chocolate chips and let it sit for a minute.
- Stir gently until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add blue curaçao liqueur and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop out small portions, roll into balls, and coat in blue sanding sugar.
- Arrange truffles on a festive plate and keep refrigerated until serving.
