Ingredients

  • 30 ml blue curaçao liqueur (or non-alcoholic blue syrup)
  • 2.5 ml pure vanilla extract
  • 80 g blue sanding sugar or alternative coatings (like powdered sugar, shredded coconut, or cocoa powder)

Instructions

  1. Place the white chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream over medium heat until it simmers.
  3. Pour the cream over the white chocolate chips and let it sit for a minute.
  4. Stir gently until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Add blue curaçao liqueur and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  7. Scoop out small portions, roll into balls, and coat in blue sanding sugar.
  8. Arrange truffles on a festive plate and keep refrigerated until serving.
