- 10 oz marshmallows (fresh)
- ½ cup Biscoff creamy spread
- 5 ½ cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat. Once melted, stir in the marshmallows and Biscoff spread until smooth and creamy.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a buttered pan, pressing gently into an even layer. Cover and let set for 1–2 hours before slicing.

For best results, avoid overheating and gently fold in the cereal off heat to keep it airy.
