Description

Ingredients

  • 18 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 11 oz package ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped beef

Instructions

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is softened and place it in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the sour cream and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the ranch seasoning until evenly distributed.
  4. Fold in 1 3/4 cups of cheddar cheese, 2 diced green onions, seasoned salt, and cooked chopped beef until just combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with reserved diced green onions and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
