- 18 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 11 oz package ranch seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions, diced
- 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped beef
Instructions
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the sour cream and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the ranch seasoning until evenly distributed.
- Fold in 1 3/4 cups of cheddar cheese, 2 diced green onions, seasoned salt, and cooked chopped beef until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with reserved diced green onions and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers for dipping. Adjust seasoning to taste before baking.
