Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the dish, tossing to coat evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over cooked pasta or with crusty bread.
Notes
Don’t overcook the shrimp to prevent it from becoming rubbery. Fresh shrimp offers the best texture and taste.
