Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and honey.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for 15-30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and broccoli, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
