Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli
1 carrot, sliced
2 cups cooked rice
Sesame seeds, green onions
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in skillet.
2. Cook chicken until golden.
3. Add garlic and vegetables; cook until tender-crisp.
4. Mix soy, teriyaki, and honey; pour into skillet.
5. Simmer until thickened.
6. Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
Swap chicken with shrimp or tofu.
