- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked meats (ham, sausage, or your choice)

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, cooked meats, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley until well combined.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the meat mixture into the crust.
- Cover with another pie crust or leave it open-faced if preferred.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
