- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well and press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until it’s smooth and creamy. Gradually add 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just combined. Stir in the sour cream and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center jiggles slightly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Decorate the top with vibrant candy eggs to complete the festive look.
