Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Cream together the softened butter and white sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in size. Press the balls into a greased muffin tin to form cookie cups.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow them to cool completely in the muffin tin before carefully removing them.
- Fill each cookie cup with frosting and decorate with sprinkles or edible eyes to resemble bunnies.
