- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the large egg and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just combined.
- Prepare a muffin tin by scooping the dough into it and pressing gently in the center to form cups.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool completely in the tin.
- Fill each cookie cup with frosting and top with candy eggs.
- Serve and enjoy!
