- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dulce de leche
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add in the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Take small portions of the dough and flatten them; place a teaspoon of dulce de leche in the center, then fold the dough over and seal it.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
