Description

Delightful dulce de leche cheesecake bars with a creamy filling and graham cracker crust, perfect for gatherings or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Nonstick spray
  • 2¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼–½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 10 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup dulce de leche
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually add the dulce de leche and granulated sugar, mixing until smooth.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition.
  7. Stir in the vanilla extract for flavor.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  11. Cut into bars and drizzle with additional dulce de leche if desired before serving.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are at room temperature for a smoother batter. Avoid overmixing to prevent cracks.
