- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup dulce de leche
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the dulce de leche and granulated sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing until just combined after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract for flavor.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Cut into bars and drizzle with additional dulce de leche if desired before serving.
