Description
Inspired by the viral Dubai knafeh pistachio chocolate bar, this recipe layers silky chocolate, nutty pistachio cream, and crispy knafeh for an indulgent treat.
Ingredients
300g milk chocolate
1/2 cup roasted pistachios (chopped)
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
1 cup knafeh (kataifi pastry)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp honey
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. Toast knafeh with butter, honey, and sugar until golden.
2. Blend pistachios and condensed milk into a creamy paste.
3. Melt half the chocolate and pour a thin layer into molds.
4. Add pistachio cream and knafeh layer.
5. Top with remaining chocolate.
6. Chill 1 hour, slice, and serve.
Notes
Add rosewater for an Arabian twist.
Sprinkle crushed pistachios for garnish.
Store in fridge up to 2 weeks.
