Ingredients
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 box stuffing mix (6 oz, cornbread or sage)
1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
¾ cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and broth. Stir well.
3. Spread shredded chicken evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
4. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the chicken.
5. Pour soup mixture evenly over the top—don’t stir.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
Optional: Add shredded cheddar or veggies before baking for extra flavor.
