Description
A delightful dish combining the tangy flavor of dill pickles with the savory goodness of Parmesan cheese, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess juice drip off, and coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the chicken hot and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t skip the marinade for flavor and tenderness. Avoid overcrowding the pan while frying.
