Description

A delightful dish combining the tangy flavor of dill pickles with the savory goodness of Parmesan cheese, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess juice drip off, and coat each piece in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Fry the chicken in the skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve the chicken hot and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t skip the marinade for flavor and tenderness. Avoid overcrowding the pan while frying.
