Description

A delightful twist on the classic deviled egg, these strawberries are filled with a creamy, sweet filling, perfect for parties or picnics.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1824 large strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce, softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries under cool running water and gently pat them dry.
  2. Remove the green tops of the strawberries carefully.
  3. Hollow out the berries using a small paring knife.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and sour cream, then mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix well until fluffy.
  6. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  7. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  8. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately, or chill before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing. Allow space at the top of strawberries to avoid overflow.
