- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 package cream cheese (8 ounce, softened)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries under cool running water and gently pat them dry.
- Remove the green tops of the strawberries carefully.
- Hollow out the berries using a small paring knife.
- In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, and sour cream, then mix until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice; mix well until fluffy.
- Fill each hollowed strawberry with the mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately, or chill before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for easier mixing. Allow space at the top of strawberries to avoid overflow.
