These Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are easy to make and perfect for a nutritious snack or treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine the chopped strawberries, oats, cream cheese, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture holds together.
- If the mixture is too wet, add more oats; if too dry, add a splash of milk.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
