Instructions
- Gather Your Ingredients – Start by collecting all your ingredients. This keeps everything organized and makes the process easier.
- Prepare the Cereal – In a large mixing bowl, pour in the 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal. If you’re using Corn Chex, that’s perfectly fine too!
- Melt the Green Icing – In a microwave-safe bowl, add the 1 cup of Wilton’s green icing. Heat it in the microwave in short bursts, about 20-30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval until it’s completely melted and smooth.
- Combine Cereal and Icing – Pour the melted icing over the Rice Chex cereal. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently mix, ensuring all the cereal is covered well with the icing.
- Add Sugar Cookie Mix – Sprinkle the 1 cup of sugar cookie mix over the coated cereal. Stir gently to combine, ensuring every piece of cereal is evenly coated.
