  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by slicing into thin strips and seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge the chicken strips in flour to coat on all sides.
  3. Sauté the chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown (5-7 minutes), then set aside.
  4. Cook the onions and mushrooms in the same skillet until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  5. Add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for an additional minute.
  6. Create the sauce by pouring in chicken broth and simmering for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with sauce.
  8. Finish by mixing in sour cream and gently heating for 2 minutes without boiling.
  9. Serve over egg noodles, rice, or your choice of side.
