Description

A simple, hearty tray bake featuring pork sausages and colorful vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pork sausages
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking tray, toss the potatoes, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Add the pork sausages on top of the vegetables.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
