Ingredients

- 1 lb pork sausages
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking tray, toss the potatoes, bell peppers, and onion with olive oil, garlic, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Add the pork sausages on top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
