Description
Sweet and crunchy praline pecans that are perfect for snacking or as a topping for various dishes.

- 2 cups Pecan halves
- 1 cup Light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 large Egg white
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 sheet Aluminum foil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the pecan halves and set them aside.
- In another bowl, combine the light brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy.
- Pour the egg white mixture over the pecans and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the pecans and toss again until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated pecans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and aromatic.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet and break apart any pecans that stick together.
Notes
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Will last up to 2 weeks at room temperature or 3 months in the freezer.
