- 1 package potstickers (fresh or frozen)
- 6 cups beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Soy sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and water, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and chopped bok choy, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the potstickers and cook according to package instructions until heated through.
- Adjust the seasoning with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to your liking.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
