Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate drizzle (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Mash ripe bananas until smooth.
  2. Stir in crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts until combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Heat heavy cream until just boiling, pour over white chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  5. Form chilled banana mixture into bite-sized balls.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with a cherry.
  8. Refrigerate until set and serve.
