Instructions
- Mash ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts until combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Heat heavy cream until just boiling, pour over white chocolate chips and stir until melted.
- Form chilled banana mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with a cherry.
- Refrigerate until set and serve.
